*Where will the event take place?
The venue will be confirmed soon and will be located in central Hamburg, with excellent transport links and easy access by public transport. Full venue details will be sent to you once your appointment has been confirmed.
*How many guests can I bring?
You're welcome to bring up to five guests to share this special experience with you. We recommend bringing the people whose opinions you value most to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable appointment.
*What should I bring to my appointment?
To help you get the best idea of how each gown will look and feel, please bring:

A pair of heels or shoes similar in height to those you plan to wear on your wedding day.

Neutral, seamless underwear to create the smoothest silhouette beneath the gowns.
*How long is my appointment?
Your private bridal consultation will last approximately 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore the collection, try on your favourite designs, and receive personalised styling advice.
*Is there a booking fee?
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is redeemable against the purchase of your wedding gown.
*Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment to another bride.
*How long is my appointment?
Your private bridal appointment will last 1.5 hours from your scheduled start time, giving you plenty of time to explore the collection, try on your favourite gowns, and receive personalised styling advice.
To ensure every bride enjoys the same dedicated experience, appointments must finish at their scheduled end time. If you arrive late, we'll still be delighted to welcome you, but unfortunately we won't be able to extend your appointment beyond its allotted time, as another bride will be booked in afterwards.
