Our range of appointments allows you to choose the right path for you, whether you are looking for some guidance with a 'try on' service (Bridal Appointment) or a bespoke service to create your own unique and original gown. If you are simply requesting to try on that one gown you have fallen in love with on socials but want to know more details we are happy to help over on contacts!
International Buyer Visits
We welcome international buyers to our couture bridal store and online store. If you're traveling from distant parts of the UK, Ireland, Europe, or beyond, we're here to offer any advice on travel destination airports, recommended hotels nearby, and local cafes/restaurants. We understand that buying your dream gown is a special experience, and we're fully prepared to make it as seamless as possible. Please get in touch at our contacts page for advice on your visit.
Plan & Prepare for Your Visit
Please ensure you come in clothing that is easy to change from or take measurements over should you wish to keep them on. And correct underwear, preferably nude as any dark colors could show through some of the gowns like slips or satin dresses.
We also ask for you to bring along your own shoes to try on with the gowns, your heel height of choice for your wedding day! This will give you an idea of proportions and helps us determine the hem length guide.
If you are visiting for your first or second fitting and you have bought one of our veils please wear your hair similar to how you would like it on your wedding day so we can help style it for you.
