The Strawberry Thief veil is inspired by the Strawberry Thief gown as they have the same beautifully delicate Chantilly lace edging and soft tulle. The Strawberry Thief Veil is a Juliet design which can be fastened to the hairline and above or behind the ears. The veil is 185cm in lengths from the top of the head to the bottom of the waterfall effect of the veil. This Chantilly lace edge veil can be worn independently of the Strawberry Thief gown also.

Returns Policy – RTW Bridalwear
Thank you for shopping with us. We understand that purchasing bridalwear is a significant decision, and we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order. Please read our Returns Policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on Ready-to-Wear (RTW) bridal garments under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and protective packaging intact.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on veils, headpieces, undergarments, or custom-altered items.
Made-to-Measure & Customized Items
Please note that Made-to-Measure garments or items that have been customized at your request—such as added buttons, adjusted lengths, altered necklines, or any other modifications—are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:- Made-to-Measure sizing based on individual body measurements
- Design changes requested after purchase
- Personalised alterations (e.g. added sleeves, buttons, or trims)
We recommend reviewing your measurements and requested customizations carefully before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Email our customer service team at amy@amymaircouture.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at amy@amymaircouture.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Orders
We gladly accept international orders; however, please note the following for returns:
- The above return conditions apply to international purchases.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees incurred during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable, insured courier to ensure safe delivery of your return.
- We are not responsible for returned items lost or delayed in transit.
- Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original currency and payment method; please allow extra time for cross-border processing.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
